Ingredients for 3 capsules:
Artichoke leaf extract standardized to 5% cynarin: 625 mg. (EPS*: 3,125–5,000 mg).
Caraway seed powder: 300 mg.
Lemon balm leaf extract standardized to 1% rosmarinic acid: 100 mg (EPS*: 400 mg).
Zymate® Max (multi-enzyme complex): 100 mg.
Contains the following enzymes:
Alpha-amylase: 20 mg (24,000 SKB u/g).
Glucoamylase: 4 mg (60 AGU u/g).
Neutral protease: 10 mg (40,000 HUT u/g).
Acid protease: 7 mg (40 SAPU u/g).
Lipase: 4 mg (1,400 FIP u/g).
Lactase: 2 mg (2,000 ALU/g).
Cellulase: 2 mg (2,000 CU/g). Bromelain: 3 mg (800,000 PU per g).
Papain: 4 mg (200,000 PU per g).
Alpha-galactosidase: 0.5 mg (160 GAL u/g).
Anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate.
Vitamin B2: 1.4 mg, or 100% of the RDA**.
Capsule shell: HPMC vegetable capsule.

Take 3 capsules a day.
Precautions for use
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, in cases of undiagnosed rectal bleeding or an inability to have a bowel movement related to the use of a laxative, abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract, esophageal or cardia disorders, potential or existing intestinal obstruction, intestinal paralysis, or megacolon, or swallowing difficulties.
