Stinging Nettle leaf powder: 450mg.
Horsetail aerial extract with 10% silica: 100mg.
L-Cystine: 100mg.

Magnesium citrate: 50mg (of which magnesium: 8mg, i.e. 2% of AR*).
Zinc citrate: 48.4mg (of which zinc: 15mg, i.e. 150% of AR*).
Vit. B5: 15mg (i.e. 250% of AR*).
Vit. B6: 1.4mg (i.e. 100% of AR*).
Vit. B8: 50μg (i.e. 100% of AR*).
