Horsetail aerial parts extract (10% silica): 100 mg.
L-Cystine: 100 mg.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): 100 mg.
L-Cysteine: 50 mg.
Magnesium citrate: 50 mg (of which magnesium: 8 mg, or 2% of the RDA*).
Zinc citrate: 48.4 mg (of which zinc: 15 mg, or 150% of the RDA*).
Vitamin B5: 15 mg (or 250% of the RDA*).
Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg (equivalent to 100% of the RDA*).
Vitamin B8: 50 μg (equivalent to 100% of the RDA*).
Capsule shell: HPMC vegetable capsule.
*RDA: Recommended Daily Allowance
